When #lockdown was first announced we knew that there would be certain limitations to the work that CANSA could, physically, continue with – such as supplying wigs to patients in need – however thanks to an incredible team effort, we were able to put a smile on a little patient’s face when she received her new wig during lockdown.

27 August 2019 – Today, marked a historic day for the Mpumalanga Department of Health when MEC for the Department, Sasekani Manzini officially launched Oncology services at Rob Ferreira Hospital situated in Mbombela. The purpose for launching the services is to provide safe cancer care within the province and improve quality of care.
