Research Study – Cancer & Sleep

Rhodes University invites eligible breast, cervical, and ovarian cancer patients to participate in a Master’s research study. The aim of the study is to characterise the side effects of respective cancer diagnoses (breast, cervical, or ovarian cancer), the associated treatment, and the specific stage of cancer at the time of treatment, on the sleep quality of patients. The closing date for recruitment is 28 April 2023.

CANSA Research Grant Type A Funding Call 2024

CANSA is now accepting expressions of interest in research focused on controlling priority cancers in South Africa. Research may be on a range of cancer control determinants, including those with a focus on public health, and clinical and basic sciences. CANSA also welcomes projects investigating cancer control that utilise new methodologies and technologies. Letters of Interest submission deadline: 31 March 2023.
