Keep up the good work and lets build an organisation that survives for another 90 years to come!

What service do you think CANSA should expand on in the next 10 years?

Education and awareness plays a significant role in getting rid of myths surrounding the disease and allows for early detection and treatment especially amongst our black communities.

Which part of CANSA’s service do you admire the most – research, educate, or support?

Education and research.

What is your leadership style?

I am purpose driven and my leadership style reflects this, in that I seek for people to first understand the “why” before they choose to follow.

What is your motivation to serve CANSA?

I believe that if you are put in a privileged position you must apply your resources, talent and time to serve others. I chose CANSA, because I have had personal experience with the disease and I believe CANSA is playing a key role in advancing awareness and research which is vital to saving lives.
