What is your leadership style?
I am purpose driven and my leadership style reflects this, in that I seek for people to first understand the “why” before they choose to follow.
What is your motivation to serve CANSA?
I believe that if you are put in a privileged position you must apply your resources, talent and time to serve others. I chose CANSA, because I have had personal experience with the disease and I believe CANSA is playing a key role in advancing awareness and research which is vital to saving lives.
