October Webinars – Join the SeriAAAS Resilience Project by Conn Bertish Brain Cancer Survivor – Improve #MentalHealth

This is a toolkit we all need…

“Over the last few months, South Africans have had some great boosts  – the Spingboks, Dricus Du Plessis and our star Olympians have all re-ignited our country’s pride and resilience.

So let’s keep supercharging and spreading that resilience even more, for everyone, as we raise awareness of Mental Health during October 2024 with:

21 Ways to Boost Our Mental Resilience

The Cancer Association of South Africa (CANSA) recognises the importance of building resilience in the face of cancer. Conn Bertish, brain cancer Survivor and Resilience Coach, helps grow our mental health resilience toolkit. His tools are relevant to those affected by cancer, but also to everyone else.

CANSA will be sharing reminders to watch his live-streamed webinars daily on its social media platforms.

Conn Bertish

Top Resilience Coach and Brain Cancer Survivor

Delivered throughout October by South Africa’s Top Resilience Coach: Conn Bertish, a multiple internationally awarded creative director, trainer of resilience, cancer survival and big wave surfing — who resigned from his high-powered job after beating brain cancer in 2015 and now empowers staff, leaders and organisations with his medically supported Happy People are Harder to Kill training programmes.

Simple, engaging tools of transformation, resilience and happiness that have been developed together with a team of professors, doctors, psychologists and behaviour-change specialists, to best develop the mental pathways needed to attain true creative resilience, during tricky times.
