What is your key message that you would like to share about CANSA’s 90-year anniversary?

We have come through 90 years of blood, sweat and tears and I think I echo the dreams of our founding fathers that cancer will be beaten in our lifetime.

What service do you think CANSA should expand on in the next 10 years?

All our services need to be expanded on, to all our people in our country.

Which part of CANSA’s service do you admire the most – research, educate, or support?

I support all facets of CANSA’s service.

What is your leadership style?

Very democratic – I consult and canvas all views, but serve only CANSA.

What is your motivation to serve CANSA?

I serve CANSA because of the joy I get working with the most dedicated and committed team. I joined CANSA as a handyman and ended up being the President of the Board. So you can say I volunteered, but was elected to President.
