CANSA Mkhuhla Care Home, in Durban, is a wonderful home-from-home to cancer patients receiving cancer treatment far away from their own homes.
For many cancer patients who can’t afford to travel to treatment centres or to pay for accommodation, this is a vital service.
CANSA Staff Members provide meals and transport to & from treatment centres, as well as psychological support through individual & group counselling, recreational activities and fellowship with other patients. Spiritual support is also provided.
