CANSA Thankful to Novartis as SunSmart Awareness Partner
CANSA is proud to have partnered with Novartis as our #SunSmart awareness partner. Twenty-eight CANSA Care Centres countrywide received pamphlets, wide brimmed & tightly woven hats, and sunscreen, with which to educate our hard working volunteers, cancer patients and community about the importance of being #Sunsmart and taking care of themselves while exposed to the sun.
CANSA used this opportunity to reach students, cancer support groups, the general public and our community based volunteers.
A total of 56 000 pamphlets were distributed and we are grateful for this opportunity to be able to reach and educate more people through Novartis.
