The card game helps educators play an important role in the early detection of childhood cancer.

Childhood Cancer in SA

In South Africa every year, 800 – 1000 children are diagnosed with cancer.

Healthcare professionals estimate the number to be even larger, but these children are not diagnosed due to lack of awareness of the signs of cancer, myths regarding cancer and lack of access to medical services.

CANSA, a leader in fighting cancer in South Africa, is partnering with educators to help detect childhood cancer symptoms early.
