We’d like to inspire and educate others by telling others your story:

Guidelines for photos:

• Ensure you use landscape / horizontally format
• Have the light in front of you, no backlight – avoid placing bright lights, windows or other light sources directly behind you
• Do a head and shoulders shot, don’t film the whole body (try not to be in the middle of the frame).
• Try and stand in a way that is relaxed, with your body angled slightly away from the camera. Fold your arms, have your hands on your hips, or put your hands in your pockets — whatever feels most natural. Remember to keep your shoulders back and your chin up.
• Look directly in the camera and please smile
• Try and pick a plain background, a wall or other no, bookshelves etc. we aiming to create a library of pics that make the survivor the main feature
• Please ensure lens is clean
